Sportsmarketing.ie has just learned that Harlequins have signed Samsung and Wynnwith Group as official sponsors of Harlequins Rugby Club.
Samsung Mobile (UK) will become the official B2B handset supplier for Harlequins Rugby Club for the forthcoming 2009/2010 rugby season.
The agreement marks the first time Samsung Mobile has worked with Harlequins Rugby Club and the new relationship is an addition to Samsung’s growing sponsorship portfolio, which focuses on supporting premium British sport.
The alliance with Harlequins, one of the world’s most famous rugby clubs, offers Samsung Mobile the opportunity to connect with its wide and varied fan base. As part of the agreement, Samsung Mobile has use of Harlequins’ logo and images, in addition to rights to use the players for the duration of the season for personal appearances or photo shoots.
Wynnwith Group (3 years deal)
Established technical and engineering recruitment specialists, Wynnwith will benefit amongst other things, from stadium branding as well as their red and white logo appearing on the back of the famous quartered Harlequins playing shirt which will further raise awareness of this established brand
